Traffic Bylaw

Bylaw # 69 was passed in 1946.

...no vehicle is so be stopped or allowed to stand motionless. This is to prevent the road from being blocked to other vehicles.

Speed limit at the intersection of Galt Avenue and Center Street is five miles per hour.

Before backing a vehicle the person in charge of the vehicle has to give warning by sounding his horn and making sure the road is clear.

These bylaws are no longer in effect today. Students of Stirling explain Bylaw No.69 the "Traffic Bylaw"
