Discovering our Native People
"What were their needs and impact on the land?"

They needed to follow the buffalo.
They needed animals for food.
They made their homes.
They made their clothes.
They made their toys.
They used every part.
They worked hard.

They left clues.
They only left small, hidden marks and signs.
They might have left a circle of rocks, tools or bones.
They didn't change the land.

Some clues are probably still hidden.
