Eden Valley Elder Story 1:
Stoney superstitions

Stoney superstitions: they say that if you dream about a skull, it means death is coming to you or one of your closest family members or to you or someone you really, really love. And then again there’s the blowing on grass. You pick it up, I’ll show you an example of this superstition. Take a bit of grass, and go like this, and they say that will bring the wind, or the rain. But if you mimic the loon, you are going to bring the rain. If you kill a frog, you will bring the rain again.

Lots of rain.

Lots of bad weather. Another one I know is if somebody who is really, really lazy decides to get up and work he is going to bring bad weather.
