Naming the West : Stories Turner Valley

Turner Valley Student Story 1:
Turner Valley High School

I am a high school, argued about where to be placed.  The final decision was for me to be placed halfway between Turner Valley and Black Diamond.  I was well supplied, having an office, science room, home economics room, showers, and indoor toilettes too!  The first school bell rang through my halls in the year 1933. I am now a golf club.  I was chosen to be a golf club because of my beautiful flowers and lawns.  When many people come to golf they always admire the splendid mountain views.
