Caley Student Story 1:
Osler Street

Osler Street was named after someone who worked at an investment firm with Mr. Nanton and Mr. Hammond to lend money to the Canadian Pacific Railway so that they could pay to build the railroad and pay the workers. Since they had help they had the privilege to name a street after them and that is why now in Cayley there are streets named Osler, Nanton, and Hammond. Osler Street has the Cayley water tanks on it and there are also lots of cool houses of it, which some people who go to Cayley School with me live in. Osler Street is also very close to Cayley School.
