Together Axia and Galileo have created io, Intelligence Online, a fully mentored online professional learning environment for teachers. Within io teachers are guided through an inquiry-based design process as they create authentic learning tasks for their students and develop performance assessment for their tasks. IO provides teachers with the tools and processes to choreograph a complex inquiry-based learning environment, to communicate and learn with other members of the io community. |
