"There was two different types of ways of knowing this world. I think today we might say there's an Oral way of understanding and there's a written way of understanding and those are the two world's that I had to experience. So today when we talk about how important, somebody asked how important is the village today. It still maintains the basic principles of songs, and of oral way of understanding even though the materials have changed today and that's why the Indian Village is so important today especially for our young people to come and learn."
