Sharon Friesen and Pat Clifford told us all about a beautiful mathematician named Hypatia. Hypatia was not only a a mathematician, she was a philosopher and a scientist and a teacher. Although things did not end well for Hypatia, at the end of our morning, we got to try some cool new math problems.
